Okay... it *might* be your fault

Hello Reader,

I hope you're exceptional today.

Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, but what is really stopping you from clicking the inquiry button?

Like really, really, underneath all that intellectualizing (calling myself out there)

How do you know if it's a bad time to sign up for coaching?

  1. It would financially ruin you, then no, now is not the right time.
  2. You don't have a stable living situation, biblical-type life and death changes are happening in your life, then no, now is probably not the right time...

How do you know if it's the right time to sign up for coaching?

  1. Your body image and relationship with food are stopping you from living the life you want...

"But Rach, I am SHITTING my pants..."

Listen, Reader, it is incredibly normal to feel scared when reaching out for support, especially when you've tried so many times in the past, and you feel a bit defeated and burned out, dragging yourself to the starting line (again)

Of course, you feel afraid, because you care. You care if you're making the right choice, you care if you're making a prudent investment, you care if you get the results you want, and you care if you're using your time wisely.

The wisest thing you can do is get the RIGHT support.

When is the last time you had a teammate to help you identify underlying patterns, to help you wade through the body image weeds, or cultivate long-term motivation?

If the answer is "never," then I am the right support to help you live your best life.

Remember, the inquiry form is just to book a call, not to chain you to my radiator.

Don't let the fear of trying something new beat out the painful familiarity of staying exactly the same

I got your back, so let's make 2026 magical for you. Inquiries close February 15th at midnight GMT.

xx

Hello Reader, It's Eating Disorder Awareness Week. And if we're really real, the health and fitness industry is rife with eating disorders and disordered eating. It's grim. I'm talking just about other coaches and PT's here... And there are lots of coaches who are leaving people worse off than how they found them, not necessarily on purpose, but ignorance is not a good enough excuse. Negligence is still a form of abuse, and it's just that simple. But I'll save my professional rants for...

Hello Reader, I hope you are EXCEPTIONAL this fine Friday. We had about 36 hours of sunshine this week in the UK, so happy days. Until February 12th, it had rained every single day of 2026, lovely. Anyway. I did something that made me really uncomfortable this week. And I got a massage. Doesn't sound like that should be something that made me that uncomfortable. (nothing to do with the masseuse, Emma was phenomenal, that call is coming from inside the house) If you're local to Berkhamsted,...
